FirePencil LLC's well rounded team combines the crucial elements of medical technology development experience with emergency medical knowledge and an innovative spirit.

Co-Founder Bobbi Sue McCollum, RN-BSN - Inventor of the Goldilocks Valves has nearly 10 years of experience as a nurse, with ground floor experience in the problems facing medical personnel. She has been with her current hospital system since 2009 and has worked as a resource nurse since 2012. As a resource nurse, she developed exceptional team building and personal relation skills, as well as an ability to work with multiple administrations. When Bobbi Sue co-founded Fire Pencil LLC in 2015, she took on the primary role of product development, creating a business strategy, and making crucial business decisions. She has a track record that demonstrates self-motivation, creativity, and initiative to achieve both personal and corporate goals. Additionally, she has a journalism background with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Journalism from the University of Nebraska, and public relations experience.

Co-Founder Sara Halmes
With over 15 years of experience in the animal healthcare market, Sara combines a background of administration and management with a "Jack of All Trades" spirit. She has been with the Plattsmouth Animal Hospital since 2006, contributing to human resources, social media marketing, and business development. In 2000, Sara took on a volunteer staff position with the Heartland Church Network (HCN) in the Children's Camp Department. In 2005 she was appointed as the director of the children's camp program. As Director of the HCN Children's Camp, Sara coordinates activity leadership for 50 volunteers, orchestrates a dynamic program, conducts periodic staff and program safety audits, and responds decisively to social conflict by implementing collaborative problem-solving. As a co-founder of FirePencil LLC, Sara has been involved with web development, fundraising, and administrative duties.
